During the Civil Rights Movement, many leaders inspired and guided the US through a time of great political and social struggle. We honor them by celebrating their lives and achievements through song.

Today, spirituals and tone poems focus on reflecting peace as well as the human condition: despair, hope and exultation. We celebrate the life of Martin Luther King, Jr., church leaders and others with this edition of the Choral Mix.
